On Friday, December 15, 2023, the practice group led by Chen Yiluo, President of Fujian Provincial Quality Inspection Association, Lin Lin, Director of Fujian SASAC, and Hou Linxi, Dean of Fuzhou University College of Petrochemical Engineering/Zhicheng College, came to Fudou New Materials for semiconductor materials industry research.
In the process of this investigation, I learned about the development history of Fudou new materials, and conducted in-depth exchanges on project application and industry-university-research. Since the plant was built in December 2020, as a key development project in Fujian Province, through two years of rapid development, the company has stable mass production of high-purity ethylene, hydrogen bromide, boron trichloride, propylene, carbon monoxide and other electronic special gas products, and layout of precursor products, the company plans to carry out a phase I technical transformation project construction next year.
At present, more than 80% of the market share of the domestic semiconductor electronic special gas market is monopolized by foreign enterprises, especially the low domestic self-sufficiency rate of high-end electronic special gas, which restricts the healthy and stable development of China's semiconductor industry. The practice team visited the production line of the factory under the leadership of Ma Jianxiu, general manager of Fudou New Materials, and got a close understanding of the digital, intelligent and automated production process of the factory, the environment of the dust-free laboratory and physical products; In-depth technical exchanges were carried out, and the status and future of high-end electronic chemicals in the semiconductor field were discussed and exchanged.
