Fujian Fudou New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020, covering an area of 99.98 mu. The total investment of the project is 300 million yuan. The company is committed to the research and development and production of electronic special gas and precursor in the field of VLSI, flat panel display and photovoltaic optical fiber, supplemented by industrial ordinary gas and functional mixed gas services. After nine months of construction and one year of trial production, Fudou has successfully mass-produced high-purity ethylene (C2H4), high-purity hydrogen bromide (HBr), high-purity boron trichloride (BCl3), high-purity propane (C3H8), high-purity propylene (C3H6), high-purity carbon monoxide (CO), high-purity hexafluoroethane (C2F6) and other products. After the first phase is fully put into operation, there will be more than 20 kinds of electronic special gas, and the research and development project will solve the problem of "stuck neck" of domestic key materials and end the situation of heavy dependence on imports of electronic special gas.
