The Global Finals of New Energy and New Materials passed the selection of 23 competition areas across the country, and a total of more than 40 high-quality projects gathered in Xiamen for the final competition. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and running the competition, the competition adopts a combination of online and offline methods. According to the growth stage of the project, the seed group, the angel group and the growth group are planned for group roadshows. The project plans to build high-purity electronic special gases for VLSI, flat panel display, photovoltaic, optical fiber and other manufacturing , focusing on the production of special gas products that respond to insufficient domestic supply, are subject to international monopoly, and have high added value, such as C2F6, CHF3, C4F6, C3H6, CO, SiF4, etc. At the same time, for the application of advanced semiconductors in the next 3-5 years, research and development and production of new-generation gases, precursors and other electronic materials for integrated circuit manufacturing will provide the main driving force for future development.
